We are seeking a driven and commercially focused Delegate Sales Executive to join our events team, supporting a portfolio of Infrastructure and Real Estate conferences and awards programmes. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced events environment and enjoys building relationships, driving delegate revenue, and delivering excellent customer service from campaign launch through to onsite event delivery.

Delegate Sales Executive Target: 55% of delegate rev target per event

Commission will be calculated and paid after each event has taken place.

In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements). Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
