Position Overview

Green Street seeks highly motivated candidates with relevant work experience, a passion for finance and real estate, and superior academic credentials to join its Account Management team. The Account Manager’s primary responsibilities will include servicing existing key clients, renewing News subscriptions, training/educating client base, and managing existing relationships with accounts. The ideal candidate will be able to service each account under their coverage, actively collect client feedback, and oversee growth of the overall relationship. Teamwork with the Account Management and Customer Success teams is expected.

Job Responsibilities

  • Training clients on Green Street’s News services, as well as our methodology and web-based platform 
  • Obtaining and effectively communicating responses to client questions and requests
  • Providing feedback from clients to assess possible enhancements to existing products and the need for new products 
  • Renewing existing accounts with increased service levels and pricing (focused on Evergreen accounts)
  • Demonstrating expertise in communicating and selling all aspects of the Green Street platform
  • Transitioning new clients from point of sale to the Green Street platform 
  • Maintaining accurate customer database of industry contacts and interactions for reporting 
  • Consistently providing detailed updates on activities to Account Management team 
  • Contributing to team effort and work on special projects
  • Identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities to drive incremental revenue for New Business

Candidate Profile

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate, economics, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales or customer service environment
  • Superior relationship management skills and a desire to help people
  • Strong motivation to achieve results and collaborate effectively with team members
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Competent computer skills to perform essential functions listed above (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Well-developed presentation skills
  • Fundamental understanding of financial industry (investment banks, lenders, private equity firms, hedge funds, stocks, bonds, etc.) a nice to have

Compensation, Benefits and Work Authorization

In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements). Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.

 

Green Street will not sponsor or transfer employment work visas for this position. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Bulgaria without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

 

The current offer:

  • Hybrid Office Model: 3 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday) in office in Sofia, 2 days remote
  • Working Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm EEST
