Position Overview

The Senior Manager, Revenue Operations will play a critical role in strengthening Green Street’s revenue analytics, forecasting methodology, and decision-support capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, and Commercial leadership, helping translate complex data into insights that inform go-to-market decisions, segmentation strategy, and revenue growth initiatives.

This is not a dashboard-building or systems administration role. Instead, this individual will partner closely with Business Intelligence and cross-functional stakeholders to define metrics, develop analytical and forecasting frameworks, validate data integrity, and ensure insights are understood, trusted, and used by Commercial leadership. The successful candidate brings strong analytical judgment, comfort working directly with Salesforce data, statistical rigor, and the ability to operate effectively in imperfect data environments, helping the organization move from intuition-driven conversations to data-backed decisions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior analytical partner to Commercial leadership by translating revenue, pipeline, customer, and usage data into clear, decision-ready insights
  • Partner within Revenue Operations and with Finance to develop, refine, and standardize forecasting methodologies, assumptions, and performance measurement frameworks across the Commercial organization
  • Analyze historical performance, pipeline dynamics, and cohort behavior to inform forecasting accuracy, scenario modeling, and forward-looking analysis
  • Partner with Account Management and Customer Success leadership to analyze customer usage, engagement, and health data, leveraging tools such as Amplitude and related dashboards to inform retention, expansion, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Support the development and refinement of customer risk profiles and health signals by synthesizing usage data, commercial context, and performance trends
  • Partner with Business Intelligence to define and standardize key revenue metrics, segmentation logic, and analytical frameworks, ensuring consistency across teams and reporting
  • Support ICP definition, segmentation strategy, and go-to-market analysis through rigorous analysis of historical and current performance data
  • Provide insight and guidance to Sales and Commercial leaders to drive adoption and effective use of Power BI reporting and analytical outputs
  • Leverage Salesforce data, in partnership with Business Intelligence, to validate metrics and support deeper analysis of pipeline, bookings, renewals, and customer trends
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management, and Finance to interpret results, contextualize trends, and support planning discussions

Candidate Profile

  • Proven 6-10 Year Track Record in SaaS Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, and Data-Driven Strategic Insights (with flexible considerations for career paths, including non-traditional backgrounds)
  • Demonstrated strength in revenue analytics, forecasting methodology, data interpretation, and statistical analysis, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Experience partnering closely with Business Intelligence or data teams, with an understanding of how BI tools and data models support commercial decision-making
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce data and common go-to-market data models, with the ability to validate, analyze, and interpret CRM data
  • Proven ability to collaborate, influence without direct ownership, and work effectively across cross-functional teams, valuing diverse perspectives and communication styles
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with evolving systems, processes, and datasets, with an adaptive and inclusive mindset
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior leaders and executives
  • High attention to detail paired with a pragmatic, business-oriented analytical mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
