Position Overview

Our Revenue Operations team plays a critical role in driving revenue growth, streamlining processes, and improving the overall efficiency of our organization.

 

As a Revenue Operations Manager at Green Street, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and performance across the company’s go-to-market (GTM) functions—Sales, Marketing, Sales Development, Customer Success, and Account Management. This role is critical to ensuring our go-to-market (GTM) organization is aligned, data-informed, and equipped to scale effectively. The ideal candidate will have direct commercial experience in Revenue Operations. They will also have a passion for process improvement and optimizing revenue through technical solutions. Through each initiative this individual will play a crucial role in partnering with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Sales Development, Product, and Tech, to deliver results that align with our revenue growth strategy and operational goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Planning & Delivery: Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and assigned owners to ensure successful project execution. Support the execution of GTM strategies through data-driven insights and operational rigor.
  • Formulate Target Market Intelligence: Partner with Commercial leadership to define and execute processes to drive strategic insight into Green Street’s target market. Including refinement to our ideal client profile (ICP), target identification & creation, intent-based demand generation, and market penetration.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Sales Development, Marketing and other cross-functional teams including, Product, Finance, IT and Compliance to drive projects that align with revenue growth and operational objectives. Unify teams around a shared vision and foster effective communication and collaboration among team members. Support M&A integration and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
  • Ideation & Continuous Improvement: Develop and analyze key performance indicators across demand creation & capture, business development processes and ARR production to take action through a data driven lens. Generate new ideas, process improvements and best practices to increase the efficiency of our GTM strategy. Identify bottlenecks in the sales and customer lifecycle and implement process improvements. Standardize workflows across departments to ensure consistency and scalability. Drive adoption of sales methodologies and enablement tools.
  • GTM Process Optimization: Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success leaders to streamline handoffs, improve pipeline velocity, and ensure accountability at every funnel stage.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports that deliver real-time insights across the revenue funnel—from MQL to closed-won and expansion.
  • Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Support accurate forecasting through process design, CRM hygiene, and robust pipeline health metrics. Lead monthly reporting and quarterly business reviews.

Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related fields
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or subscription-based businesses preferred
  • Ability to lead and collaborate on customer-focused technical solutions that enable organizational scale
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and BI tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a focus on collaboration with cross-functional teams and fostering change
  • Creative problem solver who is comfortable with ambiguity and the persistence to manage project risks, scope and timelines to deliver results
  • Lean, Six Sigma or Agile certifications are preferred

Compensation, Benefits and Work Authorization

In addition to the posted base salary range, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.

USD $90,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 /Yr.
