College House was recently acquired by Green Street. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executive to assist in driving revenue growth and cultivating strategic partnerships within the commercial real estate industry. This person will be responsible for achieving revenue targets within our Student Housing vertical. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of sales experience, with experience selling within the commercial real estate ecosystem as an added bonus. This person will interact with top management to adjust sales strategies while working deals from open to close. We practice a hybrid work model, currently in-office 3 times a week or as required.
In addition to the posted base salary range, this position is eligible for commission and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
