We are looking to hire a talented, hands-on full-stack, Technical Lead who is interested in leading one of our Internal Tools development teams. You will lead an Agile team dedicated to building and improving modern tools, data ingestion and processing platforms, a modern Excel add-in, and more. • Lead a squad of 4-5 team members in the architecture and development of internal application and process solutions supporting one or more lines of business at Green Street
• Own the collaboration between the technology team and stakeholders to facilitate development of new and enhancement of existing internal applications
• Collaborate with other teams, especially other internal development teams to encourage consistency throughout the stack
• Ensure team adherence to cross-team and department-wide standards and practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to determine and communicate priorities between initiative related work, technical debt burndown, and maintenance
• Develop an in-depth understanding of Green Street's business domains to facilitate technical decision making with the team;
• Deliver end-to-end solutions, from inception to launch
• Lead architectural discussions and play a key role in architectural reviews and governance
• Drive a strong engineering culture of innovation, thought leadership and continuous improvement through intentional cross-functional collaboration
• Provide mentorship and guidance to mid-level and junior team members as needed

• 10-15 years of professional full-stack experience in an agile team environment using JavaScript, Python, SQL, and modern HTML
• Strong technical architecture experience in building enterprise-class web applications
• Expertise developing single-page applications (SPA) using modern Javascript frameworks (e.g. Vue, React)
• Experience with code quality tools for unit testing/static analysis/performance testing
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience through coding bootcamp
• Enjoy problem solving, have excellent communication skills and demonstrate impeccable attention to detail
• Willingness and desire to keep up with new web technologies, languages, standards, practices
• Proficiency with Git
• Proficiency with API development, preferably Python / Flask or similar

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience leading small SCRUM teams
• C# (.NET Core) experience a plus
• Experience with Micro Front-End architecture
• Experience with event-streaming platforms such as Apache Kafka
• Comfortable developing in Linux/Docker environment
• Experience with state management (e.g. Vuex, Redux)
• AWS, DevOps, and/or Terraform experience
• MySQL experience specifically is a plus

In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements). Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.

• Hybrid Office Model: 3 days per week (Monday - Wednesday) in office in Sofia, 2 days remote
• Working Hours: 3 days per week 11:00am – 8:00pm, 2 days 9:00am – 6:00pm EEST
