Locatus - Green Street (GS) seeks to recruit a Data Delivery Specialist to support our newly acquired team at Locatus, based in Utrecht, The Netherlands. 

This role is part of a team servicing our clients with their data requests. You’ll be the linking pin between sales, operations and our clients. Locatus - Green Streets collects data across Europe, this data is collected and processed by the operational team and sold to customers by our sales and account managers. The Data Delivery Specialist is responsible for getting the data to customers and supporting our customers in the use of the data. 

This role combines technical skills with people skills. The candidate has to be able to make complex data selections and must have a deep understanding of our database but also needs the people skills to build strong relationships with our customers. 

• Creating and delivering bespoke data selections to customers
• Answer all questions from customers about the use of the Locatus data and Locatus Dashboards
• Assisting the sales team with the preparation of sales meetings and customer presentations
• Updating the data on our dashboards on a weekly basis
• Creating and delivering standard reports
• Giving customers access to our dashboards
• Maintenance of product descriptions and user manuals

Key Relationships

• Reports to: Head of Research Utrecht
• Other key relationships: Sales and accountmangers, IT and Manager Retail Data Europe

• Strong Excel skills 
• Knowledge of databases and SQL 
• Knowledge of Qgis/ArcGis is a plus  
• Accurate 
• Service oriented 
• Strong communication skills both to team members and customers 

In addition to a basic salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements). Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
