We are seeking a talented and hands-on Agile Delivery Manager to join our Technology teams. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping, implementing, and continuously improving our agile delivery processes while driving predictable, high-velocity execution across multiple technology-driven initiatives. You will lead planning efforts, establish clear delivery timelines, and proactively align execution with business objectives.

Additionally, you will contribute to the development and enforcement of incident management policies to ensure system stability and responsiveness.

 

As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will partner closely with product owners, development teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate end-to-end delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for driving T-shirt sizing for initiatives, refining roadmap timelines, and setting aggressive yet achievable targets to optimize delivery cadence. Your ability to identify risks early, remove blockers, and ensure alignment across teams will be critical to success. Additionally, you will contribute to release communication and ensure product launch readiness, providing transparency across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead agile execution by refining and enforcing agile best practices, ensuring teams operate with clarity, focus, and efficiency
  • Drive T-shirt sizing and roadmap planning, balancing ambitious delivery targets with realistic execution timelines
  • Proactively manage risks and dependencies, ensuring alignment across product, engineering, and business stakeholders
  • Champion a data-driven approach to track velocity, identify trends, and continuously optimize delivery
  • Foster a culture of accountability and empowerment, enabling teams to self-organize while maintaining high delivery standards
  • Enforce adherence to incident management policies, improving system reliability and response times
  • Contribute to release communication, ensuring transparency with stakeholders on upcoming releases, dependencies, and potential impacts
  • Drive product launch readiness, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operational preparedness

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Manager or in a similar role
  • Proven experience leading Agile teams and delivering complex software projects on time and within scope
  • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
  • Communication skills as an excellence – both expression and listening

  • Ability to work autonomously and with your team-mates

  • Grounded self-esteem with willingness to share your ideas and solutions

 

Nice-to-Haves

  • Project management experience preferred
  • Exposure to Scaled Agile in real world scenarios
  • Product Management Experience or Exposure

Compensation, Benefits and Work Authorization

In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements). Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.

 

Green Street will not sponsor or transfer employment work visas for this position. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Bulgaria without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

The current offer:

  • Hybrid Office Model: 3 days per week (Tuesday – Thursday) in office in Sofia, 2 days remote
  • Working Hours: 3 days per week 11:00am – 8:00pm, 2 days 9:00am – 6:00pm EEST
  • Social Benefits: Additional health & life insurance, food voucher and Multisport card
  • Salary & Bonuses: According to the standard for 2025 in Bulgaria
