Green Street’s Sales team offers a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where you will be expected and empowered to sell research products and services to a variety of prospect types. We are building a smart and ambitious Sales Team committed to our mission and focused on winning. We provide fantastic training, qualified prospect lists, ongoing managerial support, and a highly attractive product that is THE leader in its field.

 

We wish to recruit an experienced Sales Executive to help us grow our business in Europe. We are looking for hungry, self-starters who will embrace the challenge of hitting their quota each month and in return we offer a commission plan which is structured to reward high performance with increased commission payments for over achievers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a detailed sales plan and achieve or exceed sales quota
  • Generate new revenue by selling Locatus’ industry leading products (research, data and news services)
  • Prioritize new opportunities and engage clients proactively on a daily basis
  • Sell the value of Locatus’ products to prospects by articulating how our solutions meet their needs, improve the business process and address the gaps of alternative solutions - this will be accomplished through cold calling, consultative selling and group presentations
  • Understand the value of Locatus’ products and pricing as well as competitive offerings and articulate Locatus’ benefits in a compelling manner
  • Manage a sales pipeline and monthly sales forecast and track activities within Locatus’ CRM application
  • Work with an entrepreneurial mindset that demonstrates drive, initiative, energy and a sense of urgency in acquiring and serving clients
  • Turn client feedback into actionable strategies to drive new business, product development, and address competitive risks. Communicate effectively with sales team and product management
  • Work closely with colleagues across functions and business units to ensure cross-fertilization of ideas, best practices and training

Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in leading commercial real estate / financial services (CRE Tech / FinTech) or other information services-based companies. Business-to-business environments strongly preferred
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas while closing new business
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • A strong understanding of financial concepts and principles as they relate to clients’ needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of another language is desirable
  • Business English (verbal and written) understanding required, Business French (verbal and written) preferred
  • Ability to develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationships

Compensation, Benefits and Work Authorization

In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for commission and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements). Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.

 

Green Street will not sponsor or transfer employment work visas for this position. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Holland without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
