Position Overview

Green Street is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Product & Data Organization and help drive the growth and success of our team. In this role, you will be empowered to partner with senior stakeholders from product, commercial, and research to define and develop analytical solutions that supply the insights that inform Green Street’s operational and strategic solutions.


The datasets, analyses, and Power BI dashboards that you produce will illuminate customer needs and engagement trends, allowing Green Street to expand its best-in-class offering for Commercial Real Estate practitioners.

Job Responsibilities

Empower data-driven decisions:

  • Uncover usage insights that allow us to understand customers and business performance and make effective
  • product and operational decisions
  • Become subject matter expert for all reporting systems: Amplitude, Snowflake, Segment, Power BI, and support
  • key stakeholders that look to leverage resources
  • Deliver board and executive-level operating reports monthly
  • Identify gaps in existing reporting processes and solutions to address them
  • Ensure telemetry for product usage and operations is accurate, robust, and complete; work with data
  • engineering and product to enhance tracking capabilities
  • Safeguard data quality by building automated validations that ensure data and insights are 100% accurate

Deliver new tracking capabilities to meet pressing needs:

  • Maintain existing Power BI dashboards used for board and product reporting
  • Build and maintain high-quality ground truth datasets, efficient and reliable data models, and novel reporting solutions that meet business insights needs
  • Monitor existing metrics and build new KPIs that allow teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities

Advance insights and analytics at Green Street by coordinating with analysts in finance and revenue operations to create comprehensive, mission-critical analysis.

Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of professional experience in data, analytics, or similar
  • Experience working on Platform Products and / or in Commercial Real Estate within medium-to-large organizations and delivering exceptional results
  • Demonstrated excellence building end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions:
    • Expert in SQL with focus on data modeling, large-scale data processing, and tool development for analytics
    • Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence software (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) with strong experience building real-time dashboards in Power BI
    • Advanced Excel skills required, Power Pivot is plus
  • Possession of strong analytical toolkit:
    • Significant experience with programming languages Python or R
    • Understanding of econometric and statistical methods with experience applying skills to draw insights from large datasets
    • Familiarity with advanced analytics (e.g. AI, predictive modeling, machine learning) is a plus
    • Degree in quantitative field like STEM or economics is plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build comprehensive requirements that allow for effective collaboration with US-based cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized and able to balance multiple projects, stakeholders, and requests
  • Capable of tackling and simplifying complex analytical problems

Compensation, Benefits and Work Authorization

In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements). Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.

 

Green Street will not sponsor or transfer employment work visas for this position. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Bulgaria without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

 

The current offer:

  • Hybrid Office Model: 3 days per week (Tuesday – Thursday) in office in Sofia, 2 days remote
  • Working Hours: 3 days per week 11:00am – 8:00pm, 2 days 9:00am – 6:00pm EEST
